Actually there’s no one type of person who decides to create something bespoke. Some want to capture an important memory, place or building. Others want a fantasy inspired window into another world. It’s all up to you!

My aim is to create something you’re delighted with and puts a smile on your face every time you look at it. There’s nothing that makes my day more than seeing one of my clients in love with the finished result. I start by using high quality materials to make sure my pieces look great tomorrow, next month or many years from now. In fact, hundreds of hours go in to some of my biggest commissions, which means you can feel the care and attention to detail that goes in to every inch.
Shaped with your suggestions
I like to collaborate with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. If I’m painting a particular scene or location, if it’s possible I’ll visit so I can absorb it creatively and plan the composition properly. We can also discuss the colour palette and which parts of the scene are the most important and should be emphasised. As an example, you might want parked cars removed altogether but more focus on a meaningful doorway or street sign. I’ll provide you with my professional guidance every step of the way, but finding the right solution based on your brief is all part of the service. We’ll also cover logistical things like a quoted cost based on your needs and a guaranteed completion date for your peace of mind.
Brought to life with care
Some of my clients like to see a photo diary of their commission as it’s being created. It can give you reassurance that you’re getting exactly what you wanted before the big reveal, and also give you in to a window in to process behind a piece I hope will be on your wall for a long time to come! Once the work is finished I’ll make sure it’s packaged with the care and attention it deserves and deliver it to you. My work comes unframed, but I can recommend companies if it’s helpful.
